  • Message — required, to understand your enquiry

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (responding to a business enquiry you've initiated) and your explicit consent, given by ticking the checkbox on the form confirming you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to being contacted regarding your enquiry.

Your form submission is delivered to us via Resend, a third-party email delivery service. Your data is transmitted directly to our inbox — we do not store form submissions in a separate database. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Bot protection

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-focused bot detection tool. Turnstile verifies that form submissions come from humans, not automated bots. It does not track you, does not set cookies, and does not collect personal data. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

The following third-party services may be involved when you use this website:

Resend

Delivers contact form submissions to our email inbox. Receives your name, email, phone number, and message when you submit an enquiry. See Resend's Privacy Policy.

Cloudflare

Hosts this website and provides CDN and security services. May process your IP address as part of normal HTTP request routing. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Sanity CMS

We use Sanity as our content management system. Website content and images are served from cdn.sanity.io. Sanity does not collect or process any visitor data — it simply delivers content to your browser.

4. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. Specifically:

  • Analytics cookies — None. We do not use any analytics tools.
  • Marketing/tracking cookies — None. We do not use advertising, remarketing, or behavioural tracking.
  • Functional cookies — None. The website functions without setting any cookies.

Because we use no cookies whatsoever, we do not display a cookie consent banner — there is nothing to consent to.

5. International data transfers

Some of the third-party services we use may store or process data outside the UK or European Economic Area (EEA):

  • Cloudflare — a US-based company with global infrastructure. Cloudflare participates in the UK-US Data Bridge and EU-US Data Privacy Framework, providing adequate safeguards for international transfers.
  • Resend — a US-based email delivery service. Data is processed under standard contractual clauses providing adequate safeguards.

Where data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK GDPR requirements.

Contact form submissions are delivered directly to our email inbox. We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to respond to and resolve your query. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us at simon@thecompletepresenter.com and we'll delete it promptly.
